Office game guide
Skull
Bluff boldly. Flip carefully.
Skull needs almost no table space and creates immediate tension. The choices are simple—place a disc or begin a challenge—but every colleague at the table may be bluffing.

How to play
Give the table a clear rhythm.
Use this as a quick first-game guide, then keep the official rules close for edge cases and exact details.
Place one disc
Every player secretly chooses a flower or skull and places it face down on their mat.
Place again or bid
On later turns, add another face-down disc to your own stack or begin a challenge by naming how many discs you can reveal safely.
Raise or pass
Bidding continues around the table. Each player must raise the number or pass out of that challenge.
Reveal the bid
The highest bidder flips all discs on their own mat first, then chooses top discs from other stacks until the bid is met.
Win twice
A successful challenge earns one point; two successful challenges win. Reveal a skull and you lose one disc at random.
Before the first turn
Set up for a smooth start.
- Give each player one mat, three flowers and one skull.
- Keep every disc hidden from the other players.
- Choose a starting player.
- Leave enough room for each face-down stack and challenge reveals.
Make it a season
Fit a full rivalry into one break.
Record each match winner and start again immediately. Short matches make Skull ideal for a first-to-three office series spread across several breaks.
