Hosting
SitomoPlay is hosted on Microsoft Azure. See the Privacy Policy for where data is stored and who processes it.
Payments
Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as our reseller and merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, issues invoices and handles refunds. See the Pricing page and section 9 of our Terms of Service.
Third-party game names
SitomoPlay is an independent scoring and hosting service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers or owners of games named on this site. All game names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the relevant games.
Our independent guides summarise game play in our own words and link to publisher sources where available. Publisher logos, packaging, board and card artwork, maps, screenshots, rulebook text and proprietary prompt lists are not part of SitomoPlay unless we have permission to use them.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@sitomoplay.com. If you are a consumer and we can't resolve it, you can refer it to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt), which handles consumer disputes out of court, or to the consumer authority or courts where you live.
